KILOMETER ZERO
During the Spanish era, the original zero kilometer reference point for all locations in the Philippines was placed on the cross atop the central dome of Manila Cathedral. During the Americans moved the reference point to its current location upon the completion of the beautification of Bagumbayan sometime in the early 20th century.

For previous Milo editions, the Kilometer Zero was starting point for the Marathon Races. Now the starting point is held at Mall of Asia area.
