In cooperation with R.O.X., Pocari Sweat, Chris Sports and The North Face, Pinoy Ultra Runners presents Running Aid 3. A beginners guide to injury free running. After the last two successful running aid lectures, the team decided its already time to start running. We will bring in several treadmills provided by Chris Sports to demonstrate different running techniques and forms as well as other running essentials. For those who attend the last two sessions this is an opportunity to actually see and put into practice what we have learned. For those who will attend the running aid for the first time it will be a worthwhile experience. Invite your friends and other runners. Attached in this email is the event poster.
